terms of service

Thank you for your interest in my work. By completing the purchase, you agree to the terms listed below.

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

  • The client must credit me in their biography or About page.

  • Please provide either references of your model or a detailed description of what you would like.

  • All payments must be paid in half price before starting the commission. The rest must be paid before the product is received. If the first payment is not received within 72 hours, the commission will be canceled.

  • The pricing is subject to change depending on the complexity of your model.

  • Once the commission is finished, the client will receive the files. I will no longer edit the work unless it is a minor revision.

  • Illustrations and lower tier models may be completed within 2 months. I will communicate with you if circumstances change or this is not possible.

  • Works for clients may only be used by the client, or with permission of the client.

  • My work is intended for personal usage. Unless stated, commercial rights will cost 2x the base price.

  • Vtuber model prices have commercial rights included.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the commission process starts. In certain circumstances, such as me canceling a commission, I will give refunds.

  • If you cancel the commission before I send you any initial work, I will fully refund you.

  • If the client does not respond to questions asked by me within one week, the commission will be canceled. If the commission is already in progress and I have sent you updates, there will be no refunds after the cancellation. If work hasn’t been started, you will be fully refunded.

  • All communication will be made through VGen.
